Sofia da Silva is not a medical doctor, psychologist, psychiatrist, counsellor or other registered healthcare professional. She is not qualified or licensed to diagnose, treat, prescribe for, cure or prevent any physical or mental health condition.

All information, intuitive insights and guidance shared through this website or during a session are offered as personal insight and guidance only, for wellbeing and self-reflection purposes. They should not be interpreted as medical fact, medical advice, a diagnosis or a clinical opinion.

These services are provided as complementary wellbeing services and are not intended to replace medical care in any country or jurisdiction. Services

Services may include one-to-one sessions (online or in person), coaching packages, guided meditations, educational resources and other wellbeing offerings as described on this website.

All services are intended to support your personal growth, self-awareness and wellbeing. They are complementary in nature and are not a substitute for medical, psychological or psychiatric care.

Your Responsibility

You are responsible for your own health, decisions and actions. Any choices you make following a session are entirely your own.

You agree to communicate honestly, provide relevant information where appropriate and participate fully in your sessions.

Payments

Payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed.

Package pricing, inclusions and expiry periods are outlined on this website.

Cancellations

Appointments cancelled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled.

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice, or missed without notice, may be charged in full at Sofia da Silva's discretion.

Confidentiality

Your personal information will be treated respectfully and confidentially unless disclosure is required by law or where there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or others.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including written material, resources, meditations, recordings and downloads, remains the intellectual property of Sofia da Silva unless otherwise stated.

Content may not be copied, reproduced or distributed without prior written permission.

Results

Every person is unique. While many clients find these services valuable, no guarantees are made regarding specific outcomes or results.
